Key Dates for Your Practical Exams
You need to know your exam window now, because the dates are very strict. The schedule divides schools into two categories based on their climate. The CBSE will not grant any extension for these set dates. For example, schools must reschedule a sports student’s practical within the given window.
- Winter-bound schools: Exams run from November 6 to December 6, 2025.
- Regular session schools: Exams happen between January 1 and February 14, 2026.
Mandatory Rules for Schools
The new rules place a huge emphasis on transparency and timely action by schools. First, examiners must upload all marks on the same day the assessment takes place.
