As the Central Board of Secondary Education CBSE has earlier announced the commencement of CBSC Class 10 Exam 2022 and Central Board Class 12 Exam 2021will in two terms. When will the CBSE Board Exam 2021 Term 1 Date Sheet be Released?
The most important question for Term 1 Exams which is set to be held in the month of November 2021 is the issuance of CBSE 1st Term Exam 2021 Datesheet. As the duration for exams in left less than a month and every student has a question about datesheet that when it will be released for the CBSE 10th Term 1 Exam 2021 and CBSE 12th Term 1 Exam 2021. It is to be recalled to all that Board has not released CBSE Date Sheet for Class 10, 12 for Term 1 Board Exams 2022. However, media reports and officials close to the board have hinted that the CBSE Board Term 1 Exam Date Sheet 2022 will be released by 10th October 2021 by the Board. Will CBSE 10th and 12th Term 1 Exam be held online or offline
According to an earlier official notification issued by the CBSE Board, which planned a new format for the Term 1 and Term 2 examinations, the Term 1 examinations will be held at the school level in November-December. I would have. However, the document does not confirm whether the mode of examination will be offline or online and there is an open option to decide it later depending on the situation of COVID-19 in the country. Given the current situation with schools reopening for offline classes and the number of COVID-19s, it is highly likely that the Term 1 exam will be held in offline mode at the school level. Where will CBSE Term 1 Exam be held, at School or at Designated Exam Centres?
According to the official notification, the CBSE Board's Term 1 examinations for Class X and XII will be held in the respective schools from where the students are registered. The Board will not direct any of the designated examination centers for the CBSE Board Term 1 examinations. However, examination supervisors from other schools will be appointed to ensure transparency in the conduct of examinations.
Who will set or prepare question papers for CBSE Term Exam 1?
The question paper for the Term 1 examination will be prepared by the CBSE Board, which is sending it to the concerned schools for the Term 1 examination.
What will be the exam pattern for CBSE Term 1 Exam 2022?
The term 1 exam will be based on objective type questions i.e. Multiple Choice Questions or MCQ format. The number of questions for different subjects would be different; however, the time duration of the exam will be the same i.e. 2 Hours for each subject. Answers for all the questions will have to marked by the students on OMR sheets that will be sent by the board to the schools before the exam.
How will marks be divided between Term 1 and Term 2 Exams?
As per the exam notification published by the CBSE Board, the total marks for a paper would be divided into half for both term exams for theory portion of the paper. This means, if the total marks for theory paper of a subject is 70, the Term 1 Exam will be based on 35 marks and Term 2 exam will also have equal share i.e. 35 marks.
Will Term 1 and Term 2 Exam marks weigh the same in compilation of overall result?
Although the total number of marks for both the exams i.e. term 1 and term 2 are divided equally, the weight distribution for compiling the final results will depend on the mode and nature of the exam. For example, if the Term 1 exam is offline while the Term 2 exam is online, the Term 1 exam scores will carry more weight. Conversely, if the Term 1 exam is online and the Term 2 exam is offline, then there is more weight later. If both exams are in offline mode, but the term is accompanied by 2 thematic questions, the weight distribution will be equal.
