WBJEE Counselling 2025: Registration & Key Dates Revealed

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has officially opened the online registration portal for WBJEE Counselling 2025. This is a crucial step for all eligible candidates who hold a valid rank in either WBJEE 2025 or JEE Main 2025, as it is the only way to secure a seat in engineering, technology, and pharmacy courses across various universities and colleges in West Bengal. The registration and choice-filling process can be completed on the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in.

To participate in the counselling, candidates must pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 500. The deadline for both registration and choice locking is September 1, 2025. It's important to complete this process by the specified date, as the system will automatically lock the choices on the last day, and no new registrations will be accepted for this round.

The WBJEEB has already released the WBJEE Counselling 2025 seat matrix, which provides a detailed breakdown of available seats in various colleges and courses. Students are encouraged to review this matrix before filling out their choices to make informed decisions.

The first-round seat allotment results are scheduled to be announced on September 3, 2025. Following the allotment, candidates who are offered a seat must pay the seat acceptance fee and report to their designated institutes for document verification and admission. This must be completed between September 3 and September 7, 2025.
