TS ICET Counselling 2026 Phase 1 Begins

The online registration and slot booking process for Phase 1 of the TS ICET 2026 counselling officially opened on July 31, 2026. Candidates who cleared the entrance exam can submit their applications, pay processing fees, and select Help Line Centres for document verification by visiting tgicet.nic.in. The official notification confirms that the registration portal will remain active through August 5, 2026.
Counselling Schedule and Key Dates
According to the official schedule released by the authorities, candidate certificate verification for booked slots takes place from August 1 to August 5, 2026. Applicants can exercise their web options between August 3 and August 8, 2026, with option freezing ending on August 8.
The provisional seat allotment result for Phase 1 will be declared on or before August 11, 2026. Students allotted seats must complete online self-reporting and pay their tuition fees between August 11 and August 14, 2026.

Category-Wise Processing Fees
Applicants must submit a non-refundable processing fee during online filing. The fee structure varies based on candidate categories:
- General Candidates: Rs. 1,200
- SC / ST Candidates: Rs. 600
Payment can be completed online via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, or UPI services.
Verification Document Requirements
To complete the certificate verification phase, applicants must upload and present several required credentials. These include the TG ICET 2026 rank card and hall ticket, Aadhaar card, SSC marks memo, Intermediate memo-cum-pass certificate, Degree marks memo, and Degree provisional pass certificate.
Candidates must also provide study certificates covering Class 9 through Degree level, a Transfer Certificate (TC), an Income Certificate issued on or after January 1, 2026 (if applicable), and valid Caste or EWS certificates where relevant. Non-local candidates must submit designated Residence or Employer Certificates to qualify for unreserved seat consideration.
