The registration deadline for Tamil Nadu medical counselling 2023 has been extended by the Directorate of Medical Education, DME Tamil Nadu. Candidates can now apply until July 12 through the official website: tnmedicalselection.net. It is advised that candidates complete the online registration process before the last date, as no further extensions will be provided.

Earlier, candidates had until July 10 to submit their applications for the MBBS and BDS programmes for the academic year 2023-2024. However, due to multiple requests from applicants, the deadline has been extended to July 10.

Application Fee for Tamil Nadu NEET UG 2023 Counselling

•  General category candidates must pay an application fee of 500.

•  SC, SCA, and ST candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

•  For the government quota, a security deposit of Rs. 30,000 is required, while Rs. 100,000 is required for the management quota.

If an applicant receives a seat in the second round or subsequent rounds but declines to enroll in the designated institution, the Security Deposit will be forfeited.
