PSEB Class 9 & 11 Results & Transfer Certificates Notification 2024

The Punjab School Education Board has released a crucial notification regarding the uploading of results for class 9th and 11th students for the academic session 2023-24. This notification also encompasses the online generation of transfer certificates, streamlining administrative processes for schools across the state.

PSEB Key Dates and Procedures:

The schedule for online updating, final submission, and revision of results has been delineated as follows:

Date Range: 01-04-2024 to 30-04-2024

Prescribed Fee/Penalty per Student: Rs. 1000/-

Extended Period: 01-05-2024 to 31-05-2024 (with penalty)

District Regional Offices' Instructions: School principals are mandated to upload students' results failing to do so at the school level by 30-04-2024. Subsequently, they must forward the results along with the school letterhead to the district regional office. Vigilance is urged for final submissions and necessary amendments post-submission.

Facilitating Transfer Certificates: For students seeking admission elsewhere, schools are directed to issue leaving certificates by the last dates of admission for the academic year 2024-25. The provision for online generation and downloading of certificates is also made available.

Important Note: Students with compartmental exams should be marked as 'R.L./Compartment Re-appear' until they pass the respective subjects. Result uploads or amendments should be conducted only after successful completion of compartmental exams.
