Following the declaration of the Round 1 Seat Allotment Result today (November 20, 2025), the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has activated the crucial reporting and joining phase for all provisionally selected candidates. The deadline to complete the admission formalities at the allotted medical colleges is November 27, 2025.
Reporting is Mandatory for Admission
Candidates who have been allotted a seat in Round 1 and wish to secure their MD/MS/DNB position must physically report to the designated college within this one-week window. This process is not a formality; it is where the actual admission is confirmed.

Candidates must carry the following documents in original, along with attested photocopies, for verification at the college:

Internship Completion Certificate
Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate (MCI/SMC)
Class 10 & 12 Certificates (Date of Birth proof)

Caution on Deadlines
Candidates are strongly advised not to wait until the last day (November 27) to report. Any discrepancy in documentation or late arrival could lead to the cancellation of the provisional admission. Furthermore, the last date for the verification of joined candidates' data by the institutes is November 30, 2025, after which the MCC will proceed with Round 2 of the counselling process.
