The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education MPBSE has officially released the detailed time table for the Class 10 (High School) and Class 12 (Higher Secondary) Board Examinations 2026. True to its tradition, the MP Board is among the first major state boards to kick off its examination calendar, scheduling the main theory papers for an early start in February.

 

This early release gives over 15 lakh students across Madhya Pradesh ample time to structure their final preparation and revision schedules before the crucial board exams commence.

The MP Board has set a consistent schedule for both classes, conducting all theory papers in a single, dedicated morning shift.

Practical Exams & Important Instructions

The MP Board has also set a fixed window for all practical and internal assessments, ensuring a complete focus on the theory papers when they begin.

Practical Exam Window: All practical exams for regular and private candidates will be held between February 10 and March 10, 2026. Regular students must contact their respective schools for exact dates, as these are usually conducted internally.

Mandatory Reporting Time: Students are instructed to reach the examination center at least 45 minutes before the commencement of the exam (i.e., by 8:15 AM) and must be seated by 8:30 AM.

Reading Time: The question papers will be distributed to students at 8:55 AM to allow for a five-minute mandatory reading period before writing begins at 9:00 AM.
