Maharashtra Govt Orders Schools To Waive Off Fee By 15%

The Maharashtra State Government has instructed all medium schools under the board to waive off the 15% of the fee for the new session 2021-22. According to details, the Maharastra State School Education Department has issued to government regulation.  All school boards and mediums will implement the order waiving off fees by 15 per cent with immediate effect, it stated. Parents’ bodies have been demanding some relief from the state government in terms of slashing school fees because of the COVID-19 pandemic situation. If the fee is paid, schools will have to refund or to be utilized for the next academic year. The State government has ordered to strictly obey otherwise strict action will be taken.
