The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced that the edit window for KCET application form will be closed today i.e. April 15, 2023. Applicants who wish to make necessary changes in case of any discrepancies must do so latest by 11.00 am today. To make modifications, they can visit the official website i.e. kea.kar.nic.in.

However, it should be noted that only those applicants who have paid the required fees and have qualified for the exam are allowed to alter or modify the information. Candidates are strongly advised to thoroughly check all data before making any changes, especially to ensure that information related to category reservations, annual income, Kannada, rural areas, special categories, etc. are recorded correctly.

The candidate's name, Mother's Name, Father's Name, and Date of birth have been obtained from the Karnataka SSLC Board and are thus unalterable. However, candidates may contact the SSLC Board with supporting documentation if any corrections are required.

In contrast, candidates who have cleared the 10th standard from CBSE / CISCE board have the option to modify their names, mother's name, father's name, and date of birth before the current deadline.
