The deadline for completing the admission process is September 9, 2025. This includes paying fees, getting documents verified, and reporting to the polytechnic.

How to Check Your Allotment Result

Checking your result is a simple process. Just follow these easy steps:

  • Go to the official website: scvtwb.in
  • Find and click the 'Already Registered? Sign In' button.
  • Log in using your application number and password.
  • Your seat allotment status will show on the screen.
  • Download and print the allotment letter for your admission process.

What to Do After Allotment

Once you have your seat allotment, you must complete the admission process quickly.

  1. Pay Fees Online: Pay all necessary fees, including admission, registration, and tuition, through online payment methods.
  2. Report to Polytechnic: Go to the nearest Government Polytechnic in person. Bring all the required documents for verification.
  3. Complete Admission: The polytechnic will verify your documents. Once they are approved on the portal, your admission will be complete.

It is very important to complete all these steps by the deadline. If you do not take admission within the time limit, you will lose your seat. Even if you want to upgrade to a different course, you must first secure your current seat by completing this admission process.
