The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has officially announced the Bihar Board 10th Result 2026 today, March 30. The results were formally released during a press conference in Patna, chaired by the Education Minister and BSEB Chairman Anand Kishore. This year, the overall pass percentage stands at a commendable 81.79%, a slight increase from the previous academic year, reflecting the board's efforts in maintaining rigorous evaluation standards.

Toppers List and Academic Excellence

The BSEB Matric Merit List 2026 is dominated by female students, showcasing a powerful shift in the state's academic landscape. Pushpanjali Kumari and Sabreen Parveen have emerged as the state toppers, securing the first rank with near-perfect scores. The board has confirmed that the top 10 rankers will be awarded cash prizes, laptops, and Kindle e-readers to encourage their future educational pursuits.

To check the result, simply visit any of these portals, click on the BSEB 10th Result 2026 link, and enter your credentials. The online marksheet will display subject-wise marks, total marks, and the final division.

Scrutiny and Compartment Exam Schedule

For students who are not satisfied with their marks, the BSEB Scrutiny Process will begin on April 1, 2026. Candidates can apply for a re-evaluation of their answer scripts by paying a prescribed fee per subject. Furthermore, the board has announced that the BSEB Compartmental Exams will be held in May 2026 for students who failed in one or two subjects. This ensures that students have a second chance to pass without losing a complete academic year.

Future Admissions and DigiLocker Access

The provisional marksheet is now available for download and can be used for immediate Intermediate (Class 11) admissions. The board will also upload the verified documents to DigiLocker within a week. Students are advised to keep a printed copy of their web result until the original marksheets are distributed through their respective schools in mid-April.
