The Bihar School Examination Board has clarified that the BSEB 10th Result 2026 will not be declared today, March 28. In a recent statement, board officials labeled social media posts claiming a 1:30 PM release as 'fake news.' Based on verified trends and current processing status, the Bihar Board Matric Result 2026 is now expected to be released between March 30 and March 31, 2026.

Final Stages of the Matric Result Preparation

This year, approximately 15.12 lakh students appeared for the Class 10 examinations held from February 17 to February 25. The board has already completed the topper verification process, which involves physical interviews and hand-writing matches of the highest scorers to maintain the integrity of the state-level merit list.

Once the BSEB Results are finalized, the BSEB Chairman Anand Kishore will host a formal press conference in Patna to announce the overall pass percentage and the official toppers list.

3. Choose the Class X Marksheet option.

Minimum Qualifying Marks and Scrutiny

To pass the matriculation exam, students must secure a minimum of 33% marks in each subject. Those who are dissatisfied with their scores can apply for scrutiny (re-evaluation), the window for which will open shortly after the result declaration. Furthermore, students who fail in one or two subjects will be eligible to appear for the BSEB Compartmental Exams to save their academic year.
