BBOSE Class 10, 12 Exam Dates Announced
The Bihar School Examination Board has released the official schedule for the Bihar Board of Open Schooling and Examination June 2026 secondary and senior secondary examinations. According to the official notification, the open school assessments for both Class 10 and Class 12 are set to begin on July 31, 2026.
More than 26,000 candidates are expected to sit for the open school examinations across nine divisional districts in the state. The tests will take place in two daily shifts across designated examination centers.

The Class 10 examinations will run from July 31 through August 12, 2026, across 33 assigned exam centers to accommodate 13,923 registered students. Meanwhile, the Class 12 exams will extend until August 18, 2026, hosted across 24 test centers for 12,217 enrolled candidates.

Security Mandates and Entry Regulations
To preserve exam integrity, administrators have established strict candidate entry rules and security protocols at every venue. Officials specified that candidates must arrive at their designated test centers at least 30 minutes before their scheduled session.
Entry gates will lock strictly at 9:00 a.m. for the first shift and at 1:30 p.m. for the second shift. Late arrivals will be barred from entering the venue under any circumstances.
In addition to timing restrictions, test takers must undergo a mandatory two-level frisking process prior to hall admission. The board has placed a comprehensive ban on all electronic devices inside the exam premises, explicitly prohibiting mobile phones, calculators, Bluetooth devices, and earphones. All examination centers will remain under continuous CCTV surveillance throughout the testing period.
